Each person has a unique story to tell. The reason I chose to become a counselor is to help people tell their stories the way they see fit. To help individuals overcome obstacles that are currently standing between them and their ideal way of life, I utilize clinically proven and evidence-based techniques as well as my own unique skills and thinking patterns. In order for me to help an individual achieve a happy, healthy life, I think getting to know them is essential.
