My approach is integrative, primarily utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Through EMDR, anxiety, depression, and traumatic events are addressed using the brain's natural problem-solving mechanisms.
